Suddenly all companies want experience person what about freshers? Is any one care about current employees/workers  basically both are same just naming feel different such as toilet paper becomes bathroom tissue its just matter of time. 
Everyone want happy future to feel good at present for bad past experiences. It seem like a fight between good and bad, for human beings bad always wins the race with flying colors. Calculate how many human beings live ever in earth dead or live they all think same way, that number will keep increasing forever till earth die.
